Join us for our parade starting at 12:30pm where we’ll march through downtown Haverhill, ending at our Washington St. Pride Festival. The daytime festival is completely free to attend, family friendly, and entirely open to the public. Use this guide to map out your day.

Makers Market & Resource Fair
Explore our vibrant Makers Market to shop unique, hand-crafted goods from incredibly talented local queer and ally creators. Plus, connect directly with local organizations at our Resource Fair providing vital support and community resources throughout the Merrimack Valley!
Food Trucks & Food Stalls
Keep your energy up all afternoon with a fantastic selection of local food trucks and food stalls serving delicious eats right on the street. From savory lunch bites to sweet festival treats, there is a perfect option to satisfy every single craving!
Kick off the day by cheering on our vibrant procession! This year's parade is our biggest yet, featuring 22 community groups with over 200 people marching to celebrate visibility and joy right here in Haverhill.
The Parade Route: The procession kicks off on Bailey Boulevard, turns onto Main Street, moves down Merrimack Street, and finishes right at the main festival entrance on Washington Street.
Where to Watch: Grab a spot anywhere along the sidewalks of Main Street, Merrimack Street, or Washington Street to catch all of the color, music, and community energy!
1:00 - 5:00 PM | The Block Party
Immediately following the parade, Washington Street transforms into a massive, lively afternoon Block Party! This all-ages community space is completely free to enter and packed with entertainment, shopping, and interactive fun right in the heart of downtown.
Family Entertainment & Lawn Games
Bring the kids along to enjoy our fantastic face painter, bubble artist, and balloon artist. Then, team up with your neighbors and test your skills in our official lawn game tournament!
True North Ales Beer Garden
Head over to the True North Ales Beer Garden to grab a cold, local brew and toast to a beautiful Pride Saturday. Enjoy the ultimate outdoor vibe complete with a live DJ and plenty of lawn games to keep the energy high!
Drag Performance Festival
Catch high-energy performances all afternoon with a phenomenal lineup of local drag talent popping up at your favorite downtown spots. Cheer on superstars like Sasha Stone ( 1PM @ Crusttown Eats), Stabitha Christie (2PM @ The Tap), Zoe Dela Lu Ho (3PM @ Creative Haverhill), and Shakaren (4PM @ The Hill Downtown Tavern)!
Queer Artist at Creative Haverhill
Step inside the gallery at 43 Washington Street to experience Ten Realms, a striking solo exhibition by international painter Maya Hirasawa Brauer. Discover vividly diverse artwork exploring spirituality and human relationships through the lens of a nonbinary queer person of color!
5:00 PM+ | The After Parties
Family Friendly After Party | 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Harbor Place Plaza
Keep the celebration going right by the water at Harbor Place Plaza for our Family-Friendly After Party from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM! We are hosting an interactive science night, complete with plenty of fresh popcorn and cotton candy for everyone to enjoy. Grab the kids and be sure to bring your favorite blanket or lawn chair.

Skyline Social
Ready to close out an unforgettable Pride Saturday with drinks, dancing, and community? Head up to Skyline Social from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM for our 21+ After Party, hosted by Haverhill’s own Madam Zapple! Get ready for show-stopping, high-energy performances from a superstar lineup featuring Hawkeye Fierce, Big Jahnelle, and Candace Persuasian. Stick around to dance the night away to a live DJ!

Planning your route into downtown? Whether you are driving, taking the bus, or riding the rails, we want to make your journey to Haverhill Pride as smooth and stress-free as possible!
🚌 By Bus
Skip the traffic entirely and ride with MEVA! They offer completely free transportation throughout the city of Haverhill. You can visit the MEVA website to easily find the routes and times that are most convenient for you.
🚊 By Train
Traveling in from out of town? You can ride the MBTA Commuter Rail directly into the Haverhill Station, which is running on its regular weekend schedule! Best of all, the platform lets you off literally right onto Washington Street, putting you steps away from our massive afternoon block party. Amtrak also stops directly at Haverhill Station, making it incredibly easy to skip the traffic and train-hop your way to Pride Saturday!
🚗 By Car & Parking
Arrive Early: Main Street will close to traffic starting at 11:00 AM. Since our parade kicks off at 12:30 PM, we love to see a carpool situation! We highly recommend being parked and ready by 12:00 PM to grab the absolute best viewing spot.
Free Parking Perks: Great news! Parking fees for all municipal lots and street parking are completely waived from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can also find free parking during those exact hours inside the Granite Street Garage and the Merrimack Street Garage (Please make sure to enter from the Park Way second floor entrance to access free parking.)
Lupoli Garage Vouchers: Want another free option? Swing by the Haverhill Pride Info Tent during the festival to pick up a free parking coupon voucher for the Lupoli Garage located at 5 Merrimack Street!
Note on The Tap Lot: Please note that the parking lot behind The Tap will not be available for public parking that day, as it will be busy hosting our vibrant True North Ales Beer Garden and delicious food vendors!

Navigable paths: The parade route is .7 mile long and will take place in the street as part of a moving parade. The parade route is accessible with paved sidewalks, where spectators are invited to watch.
Restrooms: Portapotties will be located next to the Windgate parkinglot and near our Food/Beer garden.
Seated/resting areas: Most public seating areas are in Washington Square. Our Food/Beer Garden in Riverside Park will have tabled seating options as well as space for BYO blanket setups.
Cooling/Water stations: We will have tented areas located next to Creative Haverhill (43 Washington St.), which include a water station. Water stations will also be available in our Food/Beer Garden
Quiet Zone: Head to Wicked Big Cafe (19 Essex St, Haverhill, MA 01832) for a quiet space away from the hustle and bustle.
