Haverhill Pride thrives when our local community takes the lead. We are looking for neighbors, creators, and advocates to help us build this celebration from the ground up. Choose the best way for your group to participate below.
The Pride Parade: March for Visibility
The 2026 Parade is your chance to show up for your neighbors in a bold way. We are inviting local businesses, nonprofits, and social groups to bring their energy to the downtown route. Grab a banner and join the lineup to help us chart a more inclusive future for everyone in our city.
Participation Details:
Contribution: $25 (Non-profits, Social Groups, & Elected Officials) | $50 (For-profit Businesses).
Route: A full march through downtown Haverhill on June 20th, kicking off at 12:30PM.
Vehicles: Floats and vehicles are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a safe, walkable route.
Deadline: Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis
The Resource Fair: Advocacy and Connection
We want every neighbor to find the support they need to thrive. The Resource Fair is a dedicated hub for nonprofits and social groups to connect directly with the LGBTQIA+ community. Use your space in this to share informational materials, offer small community giveaways, and advocate for the mission you lead every day.
Participation Details:
Space Rental: $25 for a 10x10 booth space.
Logistics: Each group must provide their own tables and chairs. Setup begins at 12PM and fair is open to general public 1PM-5PM.
Guidelines: This area is for advocacy and information only; sales are not permitted at the Resource Fair.
Deadline: Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis
The Makers Market: Local Artists and Creators
Showcase your craft on Washington Street. The Makers Market highlights the incredible artists and small business owners that make our region unique. We aim to host a diverse, representative market and give preference to exhibitors who identify as members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Participation Details:
Space Rental: $40 for a 10x10 booth space.
Logistics: Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs. Setup begins at 12PM and fair is open to general public 1PM-5PM.
Tents: All tents must be professionally weighted (no stakes permitted).
Deadline: Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis
